MPD 2013-001E - Rotax Cylinder Head Inspection

The Civil Aviation Authority has released an Emergency Mandatory Permit Directive (eMPD) relating to some Rotax 912UL, 912ULS & 914UL engines.  The directive mandates a cylinder head inspection for certain serial numbers, for a manufacturing defect that can lead to catastrophic failure of the engine.
